Overview:

Natural Life Tempe isn't just a store; it's a community centered around wellness. Located in Tempe, Arizona, they offer a variety of natural products ranging from Kratom and Kava to Mushrooms, Extracts, Oils, Lotions, Sea Moss, and CBD. Our challenge was to help the franchise owner establish her marketing efforts from the ground up, creating an integrated approach to building her brand and attracting customers.

Challenge:

The franchise owner of Natural Life Tempe needed assistance with everything from setting up a website, emails, phone systems, and social media to creating a cohesive marketing strategy. Our goal was to provide a foundation for effective lead generation marketing  while aligning with the store's existing POS system. Another challenge, was that Natural Life's social media accounts were deleted due to a hack, and our team had to create social media profiles from scratch and redirect previous followers to the new pages.

  6. CRM Buildout & Contact Migration: We built out a comprehensive CRM system, migrating all contacts from the rewards program, ensuring smooth communication with existing customers.
  7. SMS Text Marketing: After setting up the CRM and SMS system, we launched a “Thank You” text campaign, reaching out to customers and enhancing engagement.
